What I personally loved about this store is that I was not bombarded upon walking in to it. I was left to browse freely for a few minutes, all while knowing that I could approach an employee when needed- employees are easily accessible in the shop and have a friendly and approachable demeanour. The service that I received from Blessing was excellent! He was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful, I am happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.

We had a great in-store experience. Staff were a bit slow to help at first (but this gave us some time to browse). But after a staff member helped us they were very friendly and helpful. They checked the stock of different pedestals in different colours for us, and we were able to walk out of the store with the products we wanted. The products themselves are what you pay for. The prices are great. The furniture is mostly pressed wood, but very sturdy when assembled. The instructions for assembly were slightly vague but we figured it out well enough. I would definitely recommend the store if you are looking for well priced items. I can't speak to the quality of their delivery service and online service.

Great prices and even better service! Staff were very friendly, they were able to give me the information I needed and tried finding stock of another item I wanted, they also assured me that delivery of my fridge would be quick, and to my surprise it was. Purchase was made on Saturday and was delivered from head office on the Monday (Public Holiday). I’ll be back.
