I would like to recommend Siviwe Nkore he is a brand ambassador for fair price and he is well spoken, his service was exceptional and I was very impressed because this days is rare to find someone like him who respect and appreciate his clients. I will buy from fair price going forward because of him. I was with my wife and this was our 3rd time going to the store I will say this was a good customer service, he was working with another guy i forget his name they both customer oriented and love their work please consider Siviwe for managerial position he is very good with customer and service. I went to the shop from Olieven, the staff was very helpful, assisted with replacing my card and they were very patient. It's really nice to see that there are still people who appreciate their job so much.

The store is clean, stuff is friendly & helpful. The manager is even friendlier, she attended to my query very fast. I highly recommend fair price chuma mall 🙌
