I want this to reach To All FAIRPRICE SHOPS I'm giving these 5stars to MLISA The sales person in FAIRPRICE ALEX MALL.. I stay in JOHANNESBURG TOWN but I only buy at ALEX MALL always because of MLISA service I encourage all sellers in FAIRPRICE to be exactly like Mlisa in ALEX MALL with service That guy stands for his shop faults and also stand with the client too and make sure the client is happy in every complaint. Give THE SALES PERSON (MLISA) a chance, MLISA DOES WORK WITH EFFORT TO PUT A SMILE ON A CUSTOMER.. HIS SERVICE IS AND HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I will encourage people who buy at ALEX MALL to ask for MLISA for a service, you will never go wrong, for any problem he will handle your issue well and make sure you are helped.. FAIRPRICE MLISA must be a manager who handle customer complaints well, he gives clients hope, he follow up and he works well in that position. Give him a chance.. he will save your shop from all this movie.

I ordered from FairPrice yesterday (23 May 2025), paid on the spot, and everything was properly documented on the receipt, including item details and the reference number. At exactly 10:09 AM today, I got a call telling me my order was ready for collection. The experience was truly wonderful, smooth from start to finish. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to assist, which made everything effortless. The items I received were exactly what I expected, good quality and in perfect condition. If you want to get what you need fast, even if it's out of stock, sometimes you’ve just got to pay first. FairPrice definitely made that worth it. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again!
