I would like to commend Priscilla from the Nkomo Village Shopping center Fairprice.... She is truely an asset to company in takes pride in her work, I made a purchase and was informed that there was no stock and it would arrive at the warehouse after 2 weeks... When i called later i ssd was told it would only arrive after 4 weeks i was furious as i needed the item quite urgently ss it is am essential household item... I noted my concern on email and Priscilla called me... She she sincerely apologized, made numerous calls to managers and warehouse staff and most importantly she kept me informed almost daily wrt to updates.Her sincere commitment and clients service wss truely commendable and appreciated. PRISCILLA OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL SURELY BRING FAIRPRICE MANY MORE HAPPYYYY CLIENTS AND

Make it a point to check the item(s) they deliver from the warehouse before the delivery guys leave your place!! (as advised in store) I was not at all happy with the items received and it was not in a good condition. Went in store the next day to report same and appreciate the assistance received from Thabiso from the onset and Priscilla who swiftly resolved the matter. (hence the 4 star) Also each time we go in store there is always someone who comes by asking if assistance is needed and to answer any questions. Sceptical to make another big purchase but generally happy with the service thus far.
