I bought a bed with them, they said the unit would be delivered the next day, after going there and the unit was still not delivered, the guy helping we offered that i take the one in the shop and he will replace it with mine, so even after they made a mistake, they corrected it immediately. they might have delays on their products, but they compensate for issues they have caused. will definitely buy again. i have no complain about the manager, she was more than friendly with me and answered immediately when i asked for her, , 5 stars !

I'm giving these 5stars to MLISA The sales person in FAIRPRICE ALEX MALL.. I stay in JOHANNESBURG TOWN but I only buy at ALEX MALL always because of MLISA service I encourage all sellers in FAIRPRICE to be exactly like Mlisa in ALEX MALL with service That guy stands for his shop faults and also stand with the client too and make sure the client is happy in every complaint. Give THE SALES PERSON (MLISA) a chance, MLISA DOES WORK WITH EFFORT TO PUT A SMILE ON A CUSTOMER.. HIS SERVICE IS AND HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I will encourage people who buy at ALEX MALL to ask for MLISA for a service, you will never go wrong, for any problem he will handle your issue well and make sure you are helped.. FAIRPRICE MLISA must be a manager who handle customer complaints well, he gives clients hope, he follow up and he works well in that position. Give him a chance.. he will save your shop from all this movie.

Their refund process on laybyes doesn't make sense. Having to wait 7 days for the money you paid them immediately is not fair. I went instore and Sis Pat and the manger Joanna manged to fix my refund process and thank you for such a great customer experience
