Great prices and great service

I had a really good overall experience with Fairprice Wynberg. A special shout-out to their manager, Johanna — she was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She never once failed to take my calls or respond to messages, and went out of her way to assist my courier by arranging the invoice and directing them properly to the warehouse. Her customer service really stood out and made the whole process much smoother. The only downside was that while Johanna always answered calls and messages, the phone carriers very rarely picked up or replied. It would be great if calls and messages were handled more consistently across the team. I also think Fairprice Wynberg could potentially offer a better solution for business-to-consumer businesses, like an account / etc. as not all businesses have their own drivers to go back and forth for invoicing and pickup, even though I do understand the seriousness of needing a physical invoice for collection due to scam issues and copied documents, and I appreciate the precautions they take. Overall, still a great experience thanks

So accurate never got lost

I bought a bed with them, they said the unit would be delivered the next day, after going there and the unit was still not delivered, the guy helping we offered that i take the one in the shop and he will replace it with mine, so even after they made a mistake, they corrected it immediately. they might have delays on their products, but they compensate for issues they have caused. will definitely buy again. i have no complain about the manager, she was more than friendly with me and answered immediately when i asked for her, , 5 stars !
